Shoot Plans

The rules of firearms have been written in human blood. The truth of the matter is that firearms are just as safe as a power drill or kitchen knife if the right procedures are followed when handling them. The Feral Whisperer takes firearm safety very seriously, especially when his work revolves around discharging them in residential areas.

Before any shooting operation takes place the Feral Whisperer will formulate a 'Shoot Plan' that identifies the areas and angles that provide an adequate backstop and are safe to shoot towards on the off-chance that a projectile penetrates through it's intended target and continues. The Feral Whisperer consults with landowners and business management to identify all areas that are sensitive or pose a potential safety risk.

Risk Assessment

The Feral Whisperer can help you make an informed decision about your pest control options by assessing the risks involved on any site and formulating a Job Safety & Environmental Analysis (JSEA) and Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) to suit your needs.

Every site is different and poses it's own unique problems, things that often would go overlooked. It is of the utmost importance that before undertaking any high-risk pest control program involving firearms or poisonous chemicals that a professional conducts a survey of your site. Accept no substitute, when it comes to public health and safety only the best will do.

Identification of Pest Problems & Features that Harbour Pest Animals

The Feral Whisperer uses both his extensive knowledge and specially trained canines to search for and identify areas that harbour pest animals, big or small. Often the damage caused by pests is obvious, but finding where they primarily live can be more difficult.

Pest species detection with the use of trained canines is currently provided for foxes, feral dogs and pigs.
